1 All design works will only be shared with Widepool Creatives Brand watermark for approval.
2 “All the Stationary design source files will be handed to the client, post the completion of the project.”
3 “Alive project link will be provided to the client, to check the current status of their projects.
Any corrections pertaining to the projects submitted for review must be done in 1-day post submission.”
4 “Free support of one year from the date of initiation, wherein any security maintenance and essential updates to the existing site would be covered. However, if there is any addition of pages or designs for the existing portal will incur extra charges.”
5 For Branding & Website Development: 50% advance along with PO and balance 50% shall be paid beforehand over the project.
6 For Domain & Server, Email Id’s: 100% payment should be paid in advance.
7 For Digital Marketing: 100% advance should be paid in 1st Week of every month.
8 “Cash/Cheque/ Payments made through bank transfers are accepted, for cheque payments
the project will be initiated upon clearance.”
9 This quote is valid for 1 month.
10 GST: 18% extra will be added to the basic value.
11 “Widepool Creatives assures only the prime visibility of the client’s products/services in the
digital space and does not assure any lead generation through its Digital Marketing Activities.”
12 High-Quality Images should be provided by the customer, if not provided additional charges are applicable for photoshoot/Purchases from the third party.
13 In the event of cancellation of work by the customer or failure to provide relevant information in relation to work by the customer will result in the cancellation of the contract and the paid advance will be non-refundable unless the contract has been canceled by the company.
