Agreement to Terms: Accessing Widepool’s online networks, interacting with our digital marketing touchpoints, or
engaging our conversational platforms (including Meta-driven WhatsApp chat frameworks) implies explicit
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Digital Strategy and Services
Widepool executes professional-tier capabilities across Search Engine Optimization (SEO), user experience
mapping, full-stack web engineering, custom branding frameworks, and programmatic lead-generation channels.
Standard operations rendered to corporate clients are definitively governed by localized Master Service
Agreements (MSAs) or project-specific Statements of Work (SOWs)

2. Conversational Marketing & WhatsApp Channel Usage
When users connect with Widepool through our WhatsApp Business API integrations, Click-to-WhatsApp
advertising funnels, or automated WhatsApp Flows, the following guidelines strictly apply:
– Users agree to supply truthful, verifiable identity profiles and contact credentials.
– The distribution of malicious automated code loops, spam payloads, or abusive text strings within our
conversational chat terminals is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material violation of these terms.
– Interacting with our interactive chat options or clicking specific conversational choice selectors signifies clear
intent to receive tailored programmatic replies, estimates, and marketing assets within that active conversation.
Opt-out cues can be signaled at any time.

3. Proprietary Intellectual Property
The operational framework of our web interfaces, underlying design logic, code architectures, branding signatures,
iconography, ad creatives, and textual copy elements remain the exclusive intellectual property of Widepool.
Replicating, scraping, or utilizing our proprietary resources without prior written corporate authorization is strictly
forbidden.

4. Limitation of Liability
While Widepool enforces rigorous security and precision standards across all live environments, all materials are
provided on an “as-is” basis. Widepool, its directors, and operational staff will not be held liable for temporary
system downtime, third-party platform algorithm updates (including Meta or Google policy updates), tracking
anomalies, or consequential data variations affecting active campaigns.

5. Legal Governance and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and constructed strictly in accordance with the laws of India. Any structural conflicts,
disputes, or legal discrepancies arising directly out of the usage of this website or basic digital service alignments
shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka.

6. Right to Amendment
Widepool reserves the operational authority to update, adjust, or change sections of these Terms & Conditions to
maintain compliance with changing privacy laws or platform criteria. Continued usage of our web or conversational
assets denotes full acceptance of the updated rules.
